Tab viewing timer

Timer for when a tab being focused in HH:MM format. Reset after 24 hours.

Timer for when a tab being focused in HH:MM format. Resets after 24 hours.

Timer starts automatically when a tab is opened
When the page losses focus (switching to a different tab), it would pause the timer
When the page gains focus (switching to a tab having a timer), it would always resume the timer
Clicking the timer would toggle between pause and resume
Hovering the timer would show the time when it has started
