Upgrades the Nexus Clash navigation bar by updating the character planner link, separating "Game" from "Map", adding Google Doc map link, and including it on Wiki pages.

Nexus Clash: Navbar+

This script modifies the existing navigation bar at the top of most Nexus Clash pages:
* Updates the [existing Character Planner link](http://www.nexusclash.com/chargen.html) to [a more up-to-date version](http://sihoiba.atspace.com/chargen.html)
* Separates the first link "Game Map" into "Game" (keeping the existing link) and "Map" (which is Ultramap moved from the right)
* Adds a new link ("+") to the [Google Docs Map](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApnLeomaP9WndGY4b2Q5b0Z6bjFtYkhTY0I1aHVjeGc#gid=0)
* Includes the navigation bar on Wiki pages (and moves the login/user links below this)
