Upon installing, navigate to https://pokemoncreed.net/plus.php to enable optional features.

Technical Details: Have to add SCEditor on-the-fly because the BBCode can only run after the main initialization. To add on, only certain pages need to use SCEditor plugin.
jQuery is included (despite already in core Creed) because 404 page does not features jQuery library.
This script replace a 404 page (plus.php) with custom page - plugin settings.
