This scripts adds some handy features to the mapping interface, including:

Invite via Hunter ID (map captains only)
See pending invites (map captains only)
Perform hard refreshes and see the timestamp of when the map was last updated
Click on hunter image icons to navigate directly to the Supply Transfer page with SB+ pre-selected
