请问能不能顺便上传本地的xml弹幕文件？ 有时候视频被b站删了之后复活 什么都好 就是弹幕没了。 能不能让我也能够上传本地弹幕文件来merge/replace现有的弹幕？ :) 顺便 上传了视频有时候滚动条不太好用
