現状の問題 　TwitterがTwitterドメイン内のページ遷移時に中身のタグ類だけ置き換えるような処理をするためこのUserscriptがフックできない。 　なのでTLからツイートへの移動をした場合などは現在置き換え処理が行われない。 　手動でツイートページでリロードなどをこなう必要がある。 　ページ間遷移をトリガーする方法があればいいのだが現状の自分の知識ではわからない。
