Add convenient Klipy.com gif inserter into Shikimori comment editor. Initially a fork of "Gifs" script by Pirate~, eventually rewritten entirely but not from scratch. TODO: rewrite from scratch, make ImageProvider interface, reuse the same base code for both MAL & Shikimori.
