You don't need whole jquery-latest.js and it breaks top panel
After removal of a string from code
// @require http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.js
it does what it must - just expands wowhead page and hides ads. Works faster and top right panel (language switching etc) works again, jquery-lastest.js must be breaking it.
