Set browser racism config to default false due to issues loading some websites

• Fixed issues with Brave Browser, and other chromium forks.
• Added new config "Browser Racism Fix" that can change UA Headers for better compatibility with this script overall, tamper monkey may ask for extra permissions. This config option is enabled by default.
• Cleaned up some code comments.

If you had any issues with sites, they should be fixed now. I said I wouldn't update anymore but since I use it myself, I'll just update it when I find an issue lol.

I lied, this is the final update, though it does not contain any new features. It just fixes many things that were broken in v1.0.

The fixes consists of:

• Final-word cutoff fixed
• 13s silence delay removed (2.5s VAD)
• Lost words during restarts fixed
• Pre-connection audio buffering fixed
• Mic switching fully repaired
• Google Docs compatibility restored
• API rate-limit crash stopped
• Settings centralized
• API spam protection fixed
• Syntax crashes fixed
• API key rotation corrected
