jQuery Table of Contents Plugin
This script should not be not be installed directly. It is a library for other scripts to include with the meta directive // @require https://update.greasyfork.org/scripts/5542/20193/toc.js
TOC is a jQuery plugin that will automatically generate a table of contents for your page. You can see an example of it on the left side of the page.
