A lot of enhancements for new design of reddit.com like unwrapped feed buttons, bigger fonts, view images without redirect and many more...
1)That's expected behaviour, at least for now. Home and Popular feeds don't have any information about flairs, so it needs to be requested via API for each post. That's maybe troubling for intense scrolling because the API has a limit. But I definitely should check out how it works.
2)That's optional behaviour. To disable it go to reddit++ settings and untoggle selectable text.
Missing features suggestions:
Flair settings do not work on Home or Popular feeds
Unlike normal Reddit, posts cannot be opened by clicking anywhere on the post, only the comments + title work, which is less convenient
