Disable YouTube video & screen based ads at home page, and right before or in the middle of the main video playback. Also disable YouTube's anti-adblocker popup dialog. As of now, it only work on embedded player.

No. This update is the last update. The script is no longer listed, albeit it's still accessible. It's technically no longer possible due to YouTube moving to a proper server-based ads. Note: the script still work on embedded version of YouTube video player. But majority of users don't watch YouTube via its embedded player version; and not all videos are accessible via embedded player version.
Now with extra buffering. But on the rare occasion you do get a YT video to load you still get ad's.
