Adds buttons on Goodreads pages to search authors/books/series on MAM

This script adds a convenient "Search MyAnonaMouse" (MAM) button to Goodreads pages.
-> On a single book page, it adds a "Search MAM" button right under the 'Want to Read' button (most of the time).
-> On a series page, it adds an individual "Search MAM" button for each book in the list.
This is a modernized and rewritten version based on an original script by Slengpung (thx in advance Slengpung!), designed to work flawlessly with the latest dynamic version of Goodreads.
