Milky Way Idle Tasklist - Additional Info

This script adds a simple, persistent, and draggable task list directly into the Milky Way Idle interface, helping you keep track of your in-game goals.

Key Features:

  • Persistent Storage: Your tasks are saved locally, so they'll be there when you reload the game.
  • Draggable Window: Move the task list anywhere on the screen. Its position is saved.
  • Add, Edit, Delete Tasks: Easily manage your to-do items. Double-click a task to edit it.
  • Check off Tasks: Mark tasks as complete. Completed tasks move to a separate, collapsible "Completed" section.
  • Drag-and-Drop Reordering: Organize your active tasks by dragging them. You can also drag tasks between sections (including dragging to/from Completed).
  • Task Sections: Organize tasks into a "Global" section or create up to 10 custom-named sections.
  • Section Management: Configure section names and the number of custom sections via the "Task Sections Settings" area.
  • Minimize/Hide: Collapse the list to a small "Show" button to save screen space.
  • Collapse Sections: Collapse individual sections (including Global and Completed) to hide their contents. Collapse/Expand all sections at once.
  • Clear Options: Buttons to clear active tasks within a specific section, clear all completed tasks, or clear all tasks entirely.

How to Use:

  1. The list starts minimized. Click "Show" to expand it.
  2. Use the input field at the bottom to add new tasks. Select the desired section first.
  3. Click the checkbox to complete a task.
  4. Click the 'X' button to delete a task.
  5. Double-click task text to edit. Press Enter to save, Esc to cancel.
  6. Drag the '☰' handle to reorder active tasks or move them between sections.
  7. Drag the window's title bar (or the minimized label) to move it.
  8. Click the section headers or the "Completed" header to collapse/expand them.
  9. Use the "Hide" button to minimize the list.
  10. Expand "Task Sections Settings" to manage your custom sections.
