Quick and dirty script to restore the disqus comment section on tcbscans.me chapter releases.
im not sure why the original site broke this, but it's pretty easy to fix by replacing `.disqus.com/embed.js` (an invalid url) with `tcbscan.disqus.com/embded.js`
