Change Preferred Renderer to WebGL.

* Window Dropdowns now change value to the global renderer option when confirmed
* Tab now confirms before you exit.
* User can now choose to inject the Ruffle script into their tab if they don't have Ruffle installed or Ruffle fails to load.
* Changing the global render option now changes the default renderer for new windows.

* Changed headline of script.
* Reduced max windows per-tab from 6 -> 5 to address performance issues. (un-documented change from last minor version bump)

Added ability to set a renderer globally or per-window;

Add link to AQ Char Info Firebase app.

Added various community resource links to menu bar.

Moved the button options for the player container in to the middle of the menu bar to decrease the chances of accidentally clicking/refreshing the window.

Added the following features:

• Refresh Active Window
• Open a new AQ tab
• Kill All Windows
• Add maximum windows

Changed the behavior of windows as follows:

• Added master menu bar to manage button/option groups
• Added menu bar to each window to manage individually and not interfere with in-game GUI/

Added ability to add 6 windows at once. Changed the behavior of resizing to be less aggressive.
