Add a contextual link to issues you've contributed to on GitHub
Adds a "My Issues" link to GitHub repo pages which lists any issues and pull requests you've contributed to in the repo.
Unlike the "Issues" link, this includes issues you've commented on, been mentioned in or self-assigned.
