Removes the overlay buttons of the new pixiv manga mode, since they're annoyingly based on viewport height and often completely eclipse the bottom image, meaning you aren't able to maximize the image. You can still jump from one image to the next with the arrow keys. If I feel like it later I'll write something that makes them function in a less annoying manner.
