Original script by iamunknown2 can be found here. It's a simple script to search through all links and replace Rickrolls with the text "(removed Rickroll)" and link to #. This version has been fixed by me (whatismyusername) and it now works.

Caveats:

This only works with the official VEVO version on YouTube, not any reuploads or link shorteners
This replaces any and all HTML inside the link, including any images or content
In the unlikely circumstance that a random URL also contains the string "dQw4w9WgXcQ" this will block that
This will not block any Rickrolls added in Javascript after initial load
This will block the links on Google, YouTube, etc., if you actually want to find the video
