Hey, this script is great! I have an addition I made and would like to suggest it.

I wrote CSS that makes playlist items look slightly nicer and the same size as the other videos.

ytd-search .yt-content-metadata-view-model-wiz > :nth-child(n+2):nth-child(-n+5) {
    display: none;
}

Here's a before and after.
