CTRL works, but the right click does not, a context menu appears and that's it. Cent Browser + Violentmonkey.
Maybe you have another extension or a userscript that intercepts the right-click?
I checked it on a clean profile, without extensions and scripts. Right click only works the second time.
Maybe you're too quick? After you hover the image you need to wait a bit for the cursor to change, then right-click it.
The cursor changes, I right-click the browser context menu, and only after the second click the picture appears.
Maybe CentBrowser has a setting for the right-click? It works for me in Google Chrome and in Firefox.
