Roll back the accessibility UI update by default, and add a toggle to enable/disable it in the Dashboard settings page

Thanks very much! A new version was just released with bugfixes, fixed support for all userscript managers and browsers, as well as support for 14 languages automatically set by your Tumblr settings. Make sure to update!

I had written a minimal script with just document.body.classList.remove("flag--accessibility-design-update") for me and some friends. This script obviously works way better! Well done!
