Yes, that's correct. Unfortunately the old and new designs have completely different html layout so you would need to make a completely different version of the script. Not too much effort if you know html/javascript though.

Hey, first I want to thank you for this script because the German translation of English videos on YouTube are really annoying for me.^^ However, I installed and reinstalled it multiple times, even with more than one API key and it still doesn't work for me..?^^
EDIT: So I tested it on Chrome Canary with the new YouTube design and it does seem to work there like it should. So I think it is only working on the new design and not the old one anymore?
