提交脚本不认name？Unknown @ rule name?

The script works on local, I can not found whick part I missed.

Rewritten_script_code 必须存在
Default name必填 - 请通过 <code>@name</code> 指定
描述必填 - 请通过 <code>@description</code> 指定

It's look can not find "name" and below. please help.
