pastebins are notoriously horrible at formatting, and one of the things they won't do is links. Gee let's invent hyper-text-markup-language, and then take out the hyper because we're a bunch of pussy cats afraid of the terror of linking to things! But yeah, so this searches for stuff that looks like someone pasted a URL in there, and replaces it with an actual link so that you don't have to carefully select the URL text, copy it, and paste it into the URL bar.

Lots of pastebin pages are just lists of relevant URLs so this is pretty useful for me.
