WIP script for 8chan.moe.

What it does:
- Catalog links for the header
- Scroll to last read post
- Sidebar
- Quick Reply to sidebar
- Cleanup of certain elements
- Hide Posting Form and Announcements
- Style (You) posts (green for your posts & red for replies to you)
- Minimal styling and cleanup (wip)
