Automatically scroll down when new content is added to Kagi Assistant
For some reason, Kagi Assistant had no auto scroll enabled. Maybe it had to do with me tampering with the box widths of their chat (I hate that all the LLM chats are boxed, it wastes so much screen). Anyways, this adds a observer that watches the chat DOM element for changes, and automatically scrolls down if there are some.
