Here it is: a fully-featured bulk upvoter for Reddit. You can upvote entire pages of posts or comments with the click of a button, and become a karma-dispensing force to be reckoned with. You can choose how fast the upvoter runs, right from the convenient control in the upper-right corner. This script also features even more customizable settings, accessible from Reddit's settings page via a new option tab. You can make the upvoter controller appear everywhere, use the whitelists, use the blacklists, or turn it off completely. There are separate white- and blacklists for subreddits and users, so you can add your favorites, or least favorites. There's also an option to set a hotkey, to bring up or hide the upvoter control on any page (the default hotkey is Alt+U). There's even an option to save or load config files, for easy migration between different browser accounts.

I've tested everything, and I THINK I have gotten all the bugs out. (There may be the occasional time when the script slows down, but this is rare and appears to be too complex to troubleshoot.) If you find any issues that slipped by me, let me know and I'll try to fix them.

Question: Why do we need to have two speed controls, one specifying seconds and the other specifying the minimum value for the first?

The second control acts as a safety valve for the first, so that if you accidentally set the rate too fast, you will be limited. Why would you want this? Just in case Reddit is watching, and doesn't think a human should be sending upvotes that fast, and decides it doesn't like what you're doing.
