When YouTube normally hides controls, the progress bar should still be visible (only the progress bar, controls like play/pause are still hidden).

Initially based in https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/30046-youtube-always-show-progress-bar.

Created this to provide compatibility with video with chapters.

Tested with FireMonkey and Violentmonkey.
