Here's some tips I learnt over time...
And think all users should follow simple steps...
1st when using scripts with either tamper/violentmonkey
Always sign out from Google such as gmail/youtube and so on...
2nd You can exclude anything on the script on
Tamper/violentmonkey such as sites captcha solver ads redirects ads etc...
I see many users not having basic knowledge how to work around tamper/violentmonkey adblocker etc...
Users need to explore and learn the tools being used for any script added on tamper/violentmonkey..

I know all that.
I use gmail all the time, it will be meaningless to log out to use any script.
I posted as to let the developer know it and fix the issue. Weird also to have some link inserted on a gmail.
Strange that happens to you...
I don't even get or seen that happen to me..
It ads a blank white bar at top in gmail, leads to "https://menrealitycalc.com/greasyfork", check the attached pic. Why?
