Currently, it have no functional for custom filename pattern formatting.
The filename may looks a bit long, but here I wrote why the used filename pattern is the way it is:
Also, there is no GIFs on Twitter. There are just videos without sound that are labeled as "GIF".
Converting such videos to GIFs is a loosing of quality and increasing the file size.

Hello, thank you for addressing the recent changes in your update. This extension is just what I needed, but there is some feautres I'd like too see added, If possible; could there be the opion to customize the file names? I personally prefer [FILE-NAME] or [HASH] @[AccountID), kinda like this "Gkancikwmijan1 @User.jpeg".
Secondly, is it possible to make it so that the GIFs in a Tweet are downloaded as GIFs and not as MP4? I've been looking for an extension that can download twitter gifs as gifs. But so far all of them downloads it as MP4.
