Track preordered non-MFC items on collection screen
Allows adding of non-MFC items to your ordered list on MFC. The list is locally stored, so will only appear on the PC you add them to.
Works with different views - date-based will be sorted into the correct place, other sorting types the items will be appended to the top of the list.
