Skip unwanted YouTube videos

Useful when watching videos on autoplay and Youtube thinks it's a good idea to play that stupid annoying video for 1,000,0000th time when I have skipped it every single ******* time it started playing.

Which videos are skipped is indicated by the shouldSkip() function. Currently it only uses video IDs but could be (easily??*) extended to match video titles, uploaders, etc.

* knowing Youtube, you probably won't get it working resonably before you've pulled half your hair out
