Automatically expands the older comments accordion in JIRA so you see all comments by default. Workaround to jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden. Aids in searching page.
One (minor?) problem is that it breaks the ability to click on issues a rapid board view because, instead of opening the issue in the sidebar like it should, when it reloads the issue, the issue itself takes over the tab.
