This is an authorized fork of gertbroos' / houseofdreams "WME LevelReset", adding the ability to change target lock values for the various road types on the fly.

You can save your custom lock levels (useful for lower-level editors to at least uplock highways/freeways/ramps to their level).

Future functionality will include State-based default lock levels, since each community has their own locking standards.
