My userstyle doesn't show up in the "all language" updated list / search results
Looks like you changed your style so JS is supported, but I've fixed your original issue.
Greasy Fork is available in English.

My userstyle doesn't show up in the "all language" updated list / search results
My DuckDuckGo userstyle never shows up normally in the "all language" category, only when filtering the CSS.
Most likely because of userstyle doesn't have userscript (because I'm using Stylus setting functions).
