Good points, thanks for the feedback. I published an updated 1.1.0, which removes the call to Google for the favicon and replaces the jQuery waitForKeyElements function with a vanilla JS version.
This script would be better if it didn't contact two Google domains.
Also: Does it really need to load JQuery?
