自定义规则中使用 "url": "return fun.indexOF('/forum')" 即代表匹配到 URL 路径中含有 /forum 则应用该自定义规则。
如果路径中没有 /forum 则会需要向下匹配。
你这种情况看起来就是，其他页面继续向下匹配时，匹配到了其他规则，从而应用了规则。
理论上，再加一个空白的规则提前占住就行了（放在你写的自定义规则后面），你可以试试：

这样的话，会先匹配 /forum，如果是其他页面则会匹配到该空规则（该规则匹配规则和你的自定义规则相反）。
