You're not clear but you're referencing the small marginal space below the list?

That padding-bottom is to secure the context-menus sizing it does appear to not help the menu however and so some changes may be made but not a priority, lots to be done before this but 1.6.60 should display correctly for mobiles now.
I encourage to not run more than CTS as a script as you may run into issues or more.

About a TC Bug you can fix this by using your script?
basically its when you have to click on profile when you scroll down the square thing shows below and i am not be able see it i have to decrease the zoom in the browser so i am able too see like this picture
