Hmm, I should add that. There's no convenient way to do that now.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the script to see whether that works?
If you need to dump the data quickly, perhaps:
GHHbD data is stored by Greasemonkey in your current Firefox profile folder:
\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\blahblah\gm_scripts\Google_Hit_Hider_by_Domain_(Search_Filter_Block_Sites).db
GHHbD data is stored by Tampermonkey in, um, possibly this file, but it might include data for ALL of your scripts mushed together:
\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Extension Settings\dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo\000003.log
