I watch live videos on YouTube that are optimised by the streamer for ultra low latency. I want to keep latency as low as possible all the time.
Using "Stats For Nerds" display on YouTube I can see the live latency when viewing live videos. I can reduce live latency to as low as around 0.8s by speeding up video but it only stays for a minute or so before buffering and resetting live latency to around 1.2s.
How can I always keep the lowest possible live latency?
