Torn Smart FAK Button
A floating heal button that sits on your screen while browsing Torn, automatically selecting the best medical item to use based on your current hospital timer. Updates hospital time every second. Requires minimal access api key to retrieve education and faction perks for medical item effectiveness.
How it works
The button monitors your hospital timer in real time and auto-select the most efficient medical item available when clicked.
This script uses API calls to determine any medical item effectiveness perks to adjust the thresholds dynamically. If Morphine or Blood Bags are disabled in settings, or if an item is otherwise unavailable, the script automatically falls back to the next best item.

* Draggable button — position it anywhere on screen, position is saved proportionally so it stays consistent across pages and screen sizes
* Settings panel (⚙) to configure visibility, item source (personal inventory or faction armory), morphine usage, and blood bag type
* Mobile friendly — works correctly on mobile browsers and TornPDA
Why this is useful
When working with a med partner, using the right kit matters. Using a large kit when a small one would do wastes med cooldown — which you may need later if you have additional targets or it's your turn to receive hits. This script takes the guesswork out of it and lets you heal in one click with confidence.
