Removes the upgrade button with data-pep-id="global-pep-gmail" from Gmail
Remove gmail/chrome 'UPGRADE' button.
This will remove the Google adware for upgrading to the Pro version.
I have no problems with Google tastefully informing their userbase of paid upgrade options.
But once a user is informed they should have the option, if desired, to silence the adware.
This runs everytime Chrome is launched and you visit the mail.google.com page.
