Adds an icon to the status bar when you are in an Organised Crime
- Uses minimal API key to detect if you are in a crime
- API calls limited to once per hour upon page load
- API key stored in localstorage and is not saved anywhere

Known Issues:
- far right icon is sometimes half hidden from the scrollbar on mobile

Future Updates:
- May add different coloured icons based on which stage within the OC you are
- PDA integration
