Auto-redirect traffic from www.reddit.com to new.reddit.com before the page loads
This allows you to keep using Reddit (2018-2023). Login first before using the script. You need to stay signed in for this to work (see note).
NOTE:
Reddit redirects you from new.reddit.com to www.reddit.com when logged out, so the script will cause an infinite loop.
If you enters a loop:
1. Clear the cooke for Reddit (see how to clear cookie for one site: https://www.lifewire.com/clear-cookies-for-one-site-4587347)
2. Turn off the script
3. Login to reddit
4. Visit www.reddit.com or new.reddit.com once
5. Turn the script back on
6. Visit www.reddit.com and you should be redirected to new.reddit.com.
There should be no loops after these steps. Report the steps you did and the link that causes the loop if you still encounter issues.
