Automatically update custom fields to reflect XPM defailt fields, which aren't available in reports
Xero Practice Manager, or XPM, has a number of annoying shortfalls with their default reports - in that there are a number of fields unavailable to be selected in their report builder. These are any of the client BSB, account number, etc.
I have just purchased ATOMate, which needs to know if the client is a fee-from-refund client. However, as this field isn't accessible via reports, this requires a double entry of this field, which is just asking for trouble.
This script will automatically populate custom fields for fee-from-refund, BSB, account number and account name, so XPM reports work like they should out of the box.
