Custom text captcha solver

Simple solver for a very specific type of captcha, created using CBL-js library.

As it is, the solver can handle upppercase characters (minus Q, Z), lowercase characters (minus d, j, k, q, v, w, x, z), and numbers 4, 6 and 7.

This is because I couldn't get those characters in samples to train the model. If I get them, I'll add them.

To speed-up the loading process, both the cbl-js library and the trained model are embedded in the script, instead of fetch using required.
