watch live in the nav bar

puts watch live in the nav bar, now with option to put it at the top or bottom of the page. only works on initial play page.

this moves the "watch live/no games" and "view schedule" buttons from the bottom of the page to the nav bar at the side. works once, then page needs refreshing to work again. compatable with Blaseball Userscript Loader to allow moving to the top/bottom of the nav bar (only updates after a refresh).
