Open Steam URL

What does it do?

Adds a button next to the Install Steam button to open Steam in case it's already installed.

How?

The steam:// protocol has various commands. E.g, steam://openurl/[url] to open Steam pages in the Steam client. The url command can also be used, which requires more logic.

Why?

Every time I had Steam open on my browser I had to log in. There was no fast way to open the same page on the client.
