Currently you cannot request user archive through pleroma-fe, despite the implemented backend API. This script hacks through this by directly calling the backend.

Howto

  1. Make sure mailing is enabled on your instance and the email address of your account is filled;
  2. Go to your pleroma instance, log in, switch to your home timeline, and refresh the page;
  3. Press F12;
  4. In the pop-up window, select the Console tab;
  5. Type in backupPleroma() and press Enter, you will then find a link to the archive in the console.
